Order over $200 qualify for FREE regular shipping (after discounts/coupons and before all taxes). Orders that do not meet the minimum will be charged a flat rate of $18 at checkout for shipping. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your order.
All orders are shipped by UPS to Canada and the United States. All orders will be processed within 48 hours of being received. Orders placed (and paid in full) after 2:30PM EST will not be processed until the next business day. Please allow up to 48 hours (not including weekends) for your tracking to update online and allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Please note that shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may take 5+ business days and additional charges may apply. At this time we do not ship to a PO box or APO/FPO Military Address. We retain the right to refuse shipping to certain destinations.
*Note that orders over $500 CAD/USD may require a signature upon delivery.
If you need to edit your shipping address once your order is placed, please contact us right away. Our team will confirm whether the address can be modified. Note, once an order has been processed by our team, we cannot modify the shipping details. We are also unable to modify the route of a package once it has shipped.
Petals Biocosmetics is not responsible for failed deliveries cause by the following scenarios:
• Customer provided an incorrect shipping address
• Customer provided incorrect contact information (phone/email) that prevented customs from being able to clear the package
• Customer failed to pay customs and duties required for the package to be released
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us right away. We will do our best to meet your needs. However, once an order has been processed by our team, we cannot cancel the shipment.
We accept all major credit cards. When you purchase by credit card, your name and billing address must match the address on file with the card issuer for security purposes. We also accept PayPal. Your method of payment will be charged after your order has been successfully placed.
We offer prices in multiple currencies and your browser will reflect pricing in your region (CAN or USA). If the local currency is different than the credit card used at checkout, your bank will convert the amount using the current exchange rate. You are responsible for any associated fees. The currency and pricing of your order is determined based on where you are visiting our website from and cannot be changed.
Please enter your promo code at checkout. Only one code can be applied per order. If you do not enter your code at checkout, we cannot honour the discount after the fact. Promotions are not redeemable for cash.
If your package was lost on the way, please contact us right away. We will do our best to send you a replacement if your case is verified by our team. However, we cannot offer a refund at this time. By making a purchase with us, you agree that Petals Biocosmetics will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages that may happen during your shipment.
All sales are final. If you have any questions and/or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to us through our contact page or Info@inspira-med.com before placing your order. We are happy to assist you in selecting the right products for your skin over the phone before you place your order. If there are any concerns with the items you receive in your order, please contact us at Info@inspira- med.com within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp. We will do our best to address your concerns and will handle any special considerations for refunds & exchanges on a case by case basis.
If you are approved for a return, we suggest you return via UPS or Canada Post. Note, shipping fees are non refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your package arrives damaged, please save the box and merchandise, and notify us immediately. We will also require images of the damaged package. If your claim is validated, we will arrange to have the shipping company pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
Products are only eligible for a replacement of the same item, if the original product is damaged, defective, or if you accidentally recieved the wrong product.
The refund will be issued within 3 days of receiving your parcel. You will receive an email once the refund is completed. Note, if you received a free product or sample with your purchase it must be included with your returns in order to be refunded in the original form of payment. We cannot accept returns for opened, used and/or damaged products for sanitary reasons.
We’re sorry but returns or exchanges for purchases made through one of our partnered retail locations may not be returned to Inspira Med online. If the item you wish to return was not purchased through www.inspira-med.com, we recommend returning to the place of purchase for resolution.
